I am beyond pleased with Marc Watson as my buyers agent. He made this process feel less stressful since I was a first time home buyer. He is extremely professional at what he does. He is easily accessible when you need to reach him in a decent time frame through texting and phone calls, and he overall will answer every question you have to the best of his ability. Jen took care of everything! All I had to do is show up to say what I liked and didn't care for too much. She stepped in when the other realtor started to talk above my head. She made sure we understood the details of all the homes we looked at.

We met Jerry when he brought his client to our listing when we were trying to sell the house ourselves. This was our first home purchase and due to some lease changes we were on a time constraint making things a little more stressful. Jasmine was great with answering all our questions so quickly and was always on top of getting us in to see homes as quick as possible. We ended up with a great place in the exact area we wanted at a perfect price point.

Thanks to the patience of Sydney, we saw probably 30 homes both in person and virtually. We had submitted 8 offers in that time too. Sydney's due diligence and willingness to keep the positive attitude when we were getting frustrated allowed us to look and stay aggressive which paid off in a tremendous way with the perfect house for us!
